‘Dr Romantic 3’ Episode 4: Lee Kyung Young Sets Out New Team for Trauma Center
"Dr. Romantic 3" episode 4, delivered a whirlwind of emotions as Han Suk Kyu, Lee Sung Kyung, Ahn Hyo Seop, and the Doldam team faced an unfamiliar situation.
In addition, the new Trauma Center head has selected a team of doctors who will join him at the newly established hospital.
The SBS K-drama returns to the small screen after three years as it continues to showcase the interesting stories at Doldam Hospital, with Han Suk Kyu reprising his role as the legendary surgeon Kim Sa Bu.
In the third sequel, the medical K-drama focuses on Teacher Kim's passion project, which is establishing a trauma center.
'Dr. Romantic 3' Episode 4 Recap
The fourth episode starts with a building engulfed in fire where numerous residents were affected, including an old lady and a woman in her early 20s who were severely injured.
The next scene featured Kim Sa Bu leading the surgery of the national athlete who got injured in a ski training.
After successfully pulling off a critical operation, he let Dr. Cha Eun Jae finish the rest of the surgery. This is to cater to another emergency case with dozens of patients affected by the fire.
As he was about to leave the emergency room, he was confronted by Dr. Cha Jin Man, Eun Jae's father.
He thinks that it is unnecessary for Eun Jae to finish the operation and get blamed if it didn't go well; however, Kim Sa Bu says he is confident that Eun Jae would pull it off, which she successfully did.

At the emergency room, the old woman was barely hanging on to her life and needed an operation immediately; however, the nurse saw the woman holding a lighter, hinting that she had set the fire.
It was immediately escalated to the police, and she spoke to her immediate family about the situation.
Initially, the son didn't want to sign the consent waiver for the surgey due to financial problems, but Kim Sa Bu made him realize that his mother will do everything if the situation were reversed, and he was the one in the situation.
On the other hand, Cha Eun Jae knew the majority of the patients since she used to live in the villa.
She is also doubtful that the old woman would do such a thing. Dr. Cha Eun Jae managed to uncover the truth after she found an unfamiliar face which turned out to be the suspect.
In the latter part of the episode, Dr. Cha Man Jin chooses the new team for the Trauma Center, and after some observation, he selects Seo Woo Jin, Cha Eun Jae, Nam Do Il, Nurse Park Eun Tak, Nurse Joo Young Mi, Dr. Bae Moon Jung, and Dr. Jung In Soo to be part of the team.
As for the others, they will continue working with Kim Sa Bu.
Nurse Oh expressed doubts about Kim Sa Bu's new plan, but the legendary doctor is confident that this will prove something to Dr. Cha.

Airing every Friday and Saturday, "Dr. Romantic 3" episode 5 will be released on May 12.
