RAIN Reveals Savage Advice to Kim Jong Kook: ‘ It’s Time for You to Reduce Exercise’
RAIN gave his celebrity friend Kim Jong Kook a thoughtful advice about his workout routine.
The celebrity friends are known not just for their talent but also for their perfectly chiseled bodies.
On their respective Instagram accounts, they often flaunt their ripped physiques as a result of their hard work at the gym.
However, the "Ghost Doctor" star showed his concern by leaving an honest advice towards Kim Jong Jook.
RAIN Posts Savage Advice on Kim Jong Kook's Future Wife
In his recent social media post, RAIN's Instagram contains a screenshot of his conversation with the "Running Man" star.
The Kakaotalk message conversation featured a link to the article titled "High Risk of Death Due to Excessive Muscle Exercise."
Along with it is his message saying, "Hyung, it's time for you to reduce exercise."
However, Kim Jong Kook replied with a joke, saying "I'd rather die early," hinting that he would not give up working out, to which Rain responded and said "Well, at least reduce it little by little once a day, please".
Interestingly, the host somehow agreed and said that he would "give it a try."
In his caption, the singer-actor also teased Kim Jong Jook by posting a letter to his future wife.

He began his post by addressing the message to his "future sister-in-law" along with a heads-up about his friend.
"Please understand when our brother has protein shakes instead of rice", the post reads, adding, "Please understand when our brother disappears for two hours every evening because he's in the metal club.
He continued it by pointing out the possibility of Kim Jong Kook missing some holidays because he is busy working out.
"When our brother says, 'I'll be right back' during the Chuseok and Lunar New Year holidays, please understand that he's working out with me," and added, "When you think our brother is being with someone, please understand that it's me. When our brother holds your hand, please understand that you're holding a turtle's shell".

After the success of his medical comedy K-drama "Ghost Doctor" in 2022 with Kim Bum, RAIN is making a comeback to the small screen with an exciting project.
The singer-actor will return to K-dramaland as he teams up with Kim Ha Neul for an action romance series.
Directed by Park Hong Kyun of "Warm and Cozy" and "A Korean Odyssey," and penned by Choi Yoon Jung of "Three Sisters," the duo will headline the new drama "The Rich."
RAIN will transform into a graduate of the police academy who is also skilled in martial arts, while Kim Ha Neul plays a professional golfer who is set to marry the heir of the Hwain Group.
