After eight long weeks, Uhm Jung Hwa's "Doctor Cha" finally bids goodbye to its lovely fans.
The JTBC series released its finale on June 4 and scored a nationwide rating of 18.5%. It marks the work's highest rating during its entire run.
Since its premiere, "Doctor Cha" received great response from the public and maintained its double digit rating streak for eight consecutive weeks.
It even bested Park Seo Joon and Kim Da Mi's "Itaewon Class" in JTBC history, which received a 16.5% rating during its conclusion in 2020.
Despite the bumps that the work received durings its run, the medical series still remains as the one of the best releases in the industry as well as highest rated series among other weekend dramas across cable channels.
