On June 6, PLK Good Friends unveils the never-before-seen snaps of K-drama actor Lee Sang Yi. The photos are from his pictorial for Arena Homme Plus, which will be published this June. The actor captivates as he shows off his solid biceps and abs for the first time.

Lee Sang Yi showcases the onset of summer by digesting various white fashion pieces.

In particular, the pictorial is held on the rooftop of a building that captures the beautiful sunset.

The "Youth of May" star also shared another set of his different magazine pictorials on Instagram, and his former co-star Kim Go Eun sent her support by commenting on the actor's post. 

As of this writing, the post already received thousands of heart reactions. Other close-celebrity friends of Lee Sang Yi also commented.

'Bloodhounds' to Premiere on Netflix

Meanwhile, the "Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha" star challenges himself in the action genre for the first time through Netflix's original series "Bloodhounds."

The drama is scheduled for release this coming June 9.

Accordingly, Lee Sang Yi's great body proportion, which was revealed in the pictorial, was the result of his regular exercise and diet as it is also required for his role. He takes on the character of Woo Jin, a boxer who has won various battles.

"Bloodhounds" is a webtoon-based series of the same title. It is an action noir about two young people who step into the world of loan sharks in exchange for money, only to end up in a complicated situation against a gang.

Woo Do Hwan is joining Lee Sang Yi in this project.

Lee Sang Yi Booked to Join Disney+'s 'Han River'

"Bloodhounds" is Lee Sang Yi's drama comeback following "Yumi's Cells" and "Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha." He also made appearances in "Poong, The Joseon Psychiatrist" and "Crash Course in Romance."

Apart from his collaboration with Woo Do Hwan, the actor will star in another series to be released on Disney+.

Lee Sang Yi is confirmed to join the cast of "Han River," alongside Kwon Sang Woo, Kim Hee Won, Bae Da Bin, and Shin Hyun Seung.

The series is tentatively scheduled in the second half of 2023.
