Kim Seon Ho recalled his earlier days in the industry and dished on his most memorable character yet.

One of the most beloved K-drama actors, the 37-year-old star captured the hearts of fans with his notable roles. Dubbed as the "good boy" because of his character in "Start-Up," Kim Seon Ho never fails to make the public impressed with his charm, performance, and more.

With the release of his debut movie, "The Childe," the actor looked back at his humble beginnings and shared his thoughts about his newest project.

Kim Seon Ho Names Most Memorable Character

During the interview with Arena Homme Plus, where Kim Seon Ho also graced the publication, the actor was asked about his most memorable role so far.

The 37-year-old star mentioned his last K-drama, "Hometown Cha Cha Cha," where he headlined the series alongside Hallyu star Shin Min Ah.

"I think of it especially when it's a hot summer. The people I worked hard with, the people I laughed with. Because the character was loved by everyone, I think it was a happy time as an actor and as that character."

In the healing K-drama, Kim Seon Ho takes on the role of Hong Doo Shik, or Chief Hong to his fellow locals. He is also known by his neighbors as Gongjin's handyman. Despite being unemployed, he is always busy helping people around the village.

Delivering a message to Doo Shik, he thinks that he is happy with Hye Jin, Shin Min Ah's characters.

"I hope you make many memories while laughing for a long, long time."

While "Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha" is the K-drama that made him win Outstanding Korean Actor at the Seoul International Drama Awards 2022, his career skyrocketed thanks to the popularity of "Start-Up."

Kim Seon Ho headlined the series together with Bae Suzy and Nam Joo Hyuk.

Kim Seon Ho on His Debut Movie 'The Childe'

The 37-year-old star is booked and busy following his return to acting after a hiatus.

Kim Seon Ho shared that besides promoting his movie "The Childe," he is also preparing for his next project.

When asked about his first impression when he saw the trailer for his new film, the actor laughed and confessed that he thought that he was "in big trouble." 

The South Korean hearthrob explained that he asked for opinions and thoughts from his friends and acquaintances regarding the trailer and admitted that he was "nervous."

"As an actor, I can't see my own acting well. It's my first movie, so I'm both scared and excited. When I saw it, I felt grateful and touched."

"The Childe" officially hit the big screen on June 21 and stars rookie actors Kang Tae Joo, Go Ara, and Kim Kang Woo.

Meanwhile, Kim Seon Ho is set to headline an upcoming movie, Tyrant," directed by Park Hoon Jung of "The Witches" series.
