Some of the much-awaited and biggest K-dramas, such as "A Time Called You," "The Worst of Evil," and more, are about to occupy the first month of the second half of 2023.

Starring our favorite and brilliant Korean stars, they are ready to meet the viewers with their dramas this September.

1. 'A Time Called You'

Debuting first on primetime is the Korean remake of the Taiwanese series "Someday or One Day."

The Korean adaptation tells the story of a woman who desperately misses her boyfriend after he dies. She then finds herself traveling back in 1998 and wakes up as a high school student. There, she meets a fellow student who looks exactly like her late boyfriend.

Headlining this drama are Ahn Hyo Seop, Jeon Yeo Bin, and Kang Hoon, who will work for the first time on a project.

"A Time Called You" is scheduled to premiere this September 8 on Netflix.

2. 'Arthdal Chronicles: The Sword of Aramun'

The second installment of the fantasy series "Arthdal Chronicles" is about to steal the spotlight on primetime beginning September 9.

It tells the story of Eun Seom's twin brother, Saya, who was raised by Ta Gon, the Arthdal ruler, and his wife Tae Ai Ha, who is determined to get revenge on her husband for killing her father.

Reprising their roles for "Arthdal Chronicles 2" are Kim Ok Vin and Jang Dong Gun.

Meanwhile, Lee Joon Gi and Shin Se Kyung will join season 2 as the main leads. EXO's Suho is also confirmed to make his special appearance in the Disney+ series.

3. 'Song of the Bandits'

Starring Kim Nam Gil, SNSD's Seohyun, Yoo Jae Myung, Lee Hyun Wook, and Lee Ho Jung, Netflix introduces its new action-adventure drama "Song of the Bandits."

Set in the 1920s, this series depicts the story of people who throw a fierce punch of defiance to those who have chased them away from their homes to protect their family and comrades.

This drama is expected to debut on September 22.

4. 'Twinkling Watermelon'

Giving off a youthful vibe, this coming-of-age series "Twinkling Watermelon" presents the journey of Eun Gyeol, a CODA (child of deaf adult) student who has a passion for music, crashes at an unfamiliar place after traveling through a suspicious music shop.

Breakout stars Ryeo Un, Choi Hyun Wook, Seol In Ah, and Shin Eun Soo will lead this new tvN drama, which is confirmed to occupy the Monday and Tuesday slots starting September 25.

5. 'The Worst of Evil'

The newest duo on primetime Ji Chang Wook and Wi Ha Joon are meeting the viewers with "The Worst of Evil" this September 27 on Disney+. This crime-action drama follows the journey of a police officer who goes on an undercover mission to take down a big drug operation based in Gangnam, the center of drug trafficking between Korea, Japan, and China.
