Kim Sejeong dished on the qualities of her ideal man and the must-have trait she looks for.

In her recent guest appearance on KBS 2TV's "Problem Child in House," "The Uncanny Counter" season 2 star was asked about her preference for a partner.

Host Kim Jong Kook teased the actress, saying that Kim Sejeong "has high standards," and mentioning the names of fellow celebrities like Cha Eun Woo, who is her close friend, and Ahn Hyo Seop, who is her co-star in "Business Proposal.

Jung Hyung Don even joked, "Don't we keep lowering them? "

Interestingly, the singer-actress responded with a definite answer.

According to the actress, her standards have changed since she entered the industry.

"Your inner side is more important than what you look like," she said, as obtained by a media outlet.

When asked if she doesn't care about physical looks, the actress said, "I see faces." However, she added that the number one trait that she is looking for.

"Humor code. It's really important," she said, adding, "I'm a funny person, and I like it when that person is funny without pretending."

Moreover, Kim Sejeong also shared why she has a lot of male friends: because she likes to be surrounded by funny people because of her "easy-going" personality.

Kim Sejeong's Friendship With Cha Eun Woo

The actress and Cha Eun Woo's friendship began when they filmed a cute commercial for Lotte Water Park back in 2017. Since then, they have maintained their very close friendship.

The South Korean heartthrob even gifted Kim Sejeong a coffee truck during the filming of "The Uncanny Counter" season 1.

In a 2022 interview with SBS' "Dolsing Fourmen," the 27-year-old beauty revealed how close she is with Cha Eun Woo and TWICE Jihyo, which are her two K-pop besties.

Explaining her hierarchy of friendship, she said that the ASTRO and TWICE members are in the top tier.

She says that it takes a while for her to open up to a person and that she tends to be "super duper shy" around others. That's why she has "a five-tier system" for categorizing the people she knows.

"I have my really close besties on the first tier. Then, I have friends on the second. On the third tier, I have people I know and I say hello to," she said, adding, "People I know but don't say hello to are on the fourth tier. And people I don't really know are on the final tier."

Interestingly, the people who made it in the first tier are Cha Eun Woo and Jihyo.
