‘The Killing Vote’ Epiode 5: Will Park Sung Woong Take the Opportunity to Escape?
"The Killing Vote" episode 5 focused on the third victim of the masked man, known as Gaetal.
Stories have been exposed as the thriller-crime series ends the first half of the season.
Based on the webtoon, the 12-episode K-drama depicts the story of a mysterious man who uses the people's pulse to determine if he will execute a perpetrator or not. Through the voting system, Gaetal will have to wait for the public's opinion on whether he has to eliminate his target.
In the story, the target is usually a suspect with massive crime. The voting system is Gaetal's way of serving justice, pointing out that the suspects deserved to be executed.
On the other hand, the police are trying their best to chase the masked man before he gets on with another target.
'The Killing Vote' Episode 6 Release Date
Airing every Thursday, viewers get to see Lim Ji Yeon, Park Hae Jin, and Park Sung Woong get caught up in a mind-boggling game by Gaetal.
"The Killing Vote" episode 6 is scheduled to air on September 14 via SBS, while global viewers could watch it on Wavve and Prime Video.
'The Killing Vote' Episode 5 Recap
The fifth episode continues with the police's plan to use Kwon Seok Joo as their bait to capture Gaetal. That is because everyone believes that Gaetal knew Seok Joo after stating that he is his number one fan and even wrote about his plans to execute the killing vote, revealing it to the former professor.
At this point, Joo Hyun was in charge of working alongside Seok Joo.

As they are working on the new tactic with Kwon Seok Joo on their side, Gaetal releases another video hinting at his target.
For his third target, he named the person Captain Oh but did not specify his work or what industry he was in.
However, he did give clues about the action that he took against his former colleague, whom he harassed, resulting in her death.
Following Gaetal's new video, Nambu Police received a call regarding an alleged Captain Oh. The police, including Kim Moo Chan, immediately left the station and went to the area.
However, Joo Hyun received a call saying that he might be the Captain Oh that Gaetal was referring to. However, he is not in the military but works as a doctor.
At this point, Moo Chan and the rest of the group were torn about who among them was the real Captain Oh.
On the other hand, Kwon Seok Joo figured out that the next target might be in the medical industry. Joo Hyun managed to trace the possible person, and it turned out that he was Dr. Oh, who works in the emergency room.
Joo Hyun along with Kwon Seok Joo checked the area to see if the former professor would recognize someone. Lo and behold, he was able to recognize the delivery man who used to come by their house.
It turned out that the man left a box with a bomb, sparing chaos within the hospital. As everyone got out of the establishment, Kwon Seok Joo was seen removing his monitoring ankle bracelet.
As for Joo Hyun, she was in danger after chasing the delivery man.
The next episode might focus on the third victim and how he will be executed. Will Kim Moo Chan and Joo Hyun prevent the incident from happening?
