On November 1, a Korean news outlets announced that Lee Seung Gi and Lee Da In are expecting their first child. As the primary sources of the news, 9ato Entertainment and Human Made, which are the couple's agencies, released statements delivering the good news.
Human Made said:

Lee Seung Gi and Lee Da In will be the next celebrity couple to become parents following Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin, and Choi Tae Joon and Park Shin Hye.
