Yoo In Na's Apartment Put in Court Auction Due to Landlord's Debt
Based on a news cited by a media outlet on November 7, Yoo In Na's place in Ichon-dong, Yongsan with a rent of 2 billion won, has been put in a court auction due to an unsolved debt issue in April.
It has been said that the landlord managed to pay off the debt on November 7, consoling Yoo In Na's concerns. The result is expected to be reflected in the court auction in the following week.
The "Goblin" actress lived in the apartment without any problems until the contract expired on November 7. However, it was revealed that in April, the owner of the property that Yoo In Na is renting couldn't pay 144 million krw ($110, 253.00) in collateral security so the house was seized and handed over to a forced auction.
In addition to the news, the Korean star reportedly requested for distribution in June regarding the 2 billion krw deposit after knowing the situation.

Even though the property was not originally owned by the actress and the distribution was small compared to the property's value, she applied for that request so that the situation wouldn't lead to a big lawsuit.

Meanwhile, Yoo In Na is busy working on her solo projects outside of acting. She's been doing voice-over, radio show appearances, and even doing vlogs. The actress also works on her brand endorsements, and her agency YG Stage shared some behind-the-scenes pictures on Instagram.
Yoo In Na made her small screen comeback in April through ENA Channel's "True To Love," a romance drama that follows the love story of a dating coach who believes that you need to approach romance strategically, and a publishing executive who thinks romance is all about sincerity.
It was Yoo In Na's first drama following "Snowdrop." She worked with lead actor Yoon Hyun Min in the said project. As of this writing, the actress has no confirmed dramas or movies yet.
