To control her emotions, Park Bo Young uses a diary to organize her feelings. It acts as her trash bin, which is being poured by hundreds of thoughts at the end of the day.

In addition, it also brings nostalgia to her heart as it allows her to look back in time. It also serves as a journal where she puts her self-reflections about her new work, experiences and more.

Park Bo Young recommends journaling as a great way to unleash one's stress. She also suggests checking out "Daily Dose of Sunshine" on Netflix to know more about mental health.

On the other hand, "Daily Dose of Sunshine" remains as the No. 1 non-English TV show on Netflix in various countries including the Philippines, Japan, Brazil, Dubai and more.
