'Welcome To Samdalri' Episode 4: Jo Sam Dal Reveals Truth

Due to Jo Sam Dal's (Shin Hye Sun) issues, her sisters face the brunt of the rumors. One of them fails to get a job while the other remains extremely affected by the hate comments.

Meanwhile, Jo Sam Dal gets dead drunk, not even knowing how she got home. When her mother tells her to go back to Seoul, she accepts her defeat.

She reveals the truth which soon spreads like wildfire on the island. Elsewhere, Jo Yong Pil (Ji Chang Wook) struggles to find the right timing to talk to Jo Sam Dal.

Jo Yong Pil Tries To Win Back Jo Sam Dal

Jo Yong Pil tries to talk about last night's incident but eventually fails. He also gets stressed about Jo Sam Dal after learning that she has a boyfriend in Seoul.

On the other hand, Jo Sam Dal worries that Jo Yong Pil might think that she is cheating on him. Thankfully, her sisters reassure her that they know about the cheating done by her boyfriend.

The following day, the Jo sisters go to the sea to collect seaweed. Unfortunately for Jo Sam Dal, Jo Yong Pil is also present and even tries to converse with her.

Jo Sam Dal overhears people asking Jo Yong Pil to leave her alone, knowing that she has dumped him before. However, it was him who dumped her instead in the past.

Because of this misunderstanding, the two end up fighting by throwing seaweed at each other.

Who Fell In Love First?

At the end of the episode, a short flashback is shown where Jo Yong Pil prepares himself to ask Jo Sam Dal out.

However, Jo Sam Dal is so drunk that she even falls flat on the table. As they go on their way home, a gift falls out from her bag which contains a scarf and a letter of confession for Jo Yong Pil.

As Jo Yong Pil basks in happiness, a dead drunk Jo Sam Dal glimpses into his happiness and smiles before completely passing out.
