‘Doctor Slump’ Episode 15: Did Park Shin Hye Turn Down Park Hyung Sik’s Marriage Proposal?

Yeo Jeong Woo (Park Hyung Sik) is convinced to offer a marriage to Nam Ha Neul (Park Shin Hye). But will she accept it or turn down the proposal?

'Doctor Slump' Episode 15: Yeo Jeong Woo Struggles to Propose to Nam Ha Neul

The episode started with Yeo Jeong Woo getting a ring for Nam Ha Neul. However, when he was about to give it to her, the ring rolled over and the scene became chaotic as cockroaches emerged. 

Jeong Woo then opened up the incident to Dae Young (Yoon Park). He expressed that a ring might make Ha Neul uncomfortable since she just started her professorship. He took his advice and bought a bracelet instead, but later on found out that she doesn't like bracelets so he decided to buy a necklace. 

Meanwhile, the next day, Jeong Woo received around 2 billion won in compensation. Ha Neul visited him and expressed how people abused Jeong Woo's struggles. 

In the clinic, Jeong Woo and Dae Young crossed paths with Hong Ran and accidentally kissed Dae Young on the cheek, which made the atmosphere comically awkward. In addition, the PR team wanted to interview with Jeong Woo, same as with Ha Neul's hospital, but the couple was disturbed by this.

Hong Ran Worried About Restarting Relationship With Dae Young 

Later on, the couple had dinner and were joined by Hong Ran, who felt terrible about her situation with Dae Young. The two girls got drunk and called Dae Young for help. Hong Ran expressed her worries about restarting a relationship after a failed marriage with Dae Young and soon the two reconciled.

The next morning, Jeong Woo's high school friends visited him and apologized to him for their rude behavior. Moments later, he received a call from Ha Neuls' hospital. The PR team apologized and told him that they wouldn't proceed anymore with the interview.

Elsewhere, Jeong Woo and Ha Neul prepared for the big surgery. Everything went well until they found out that the girl was suffering from TB and had to take extra measures. But in the end, the surgery was a success.

Yeo Jeong Woo Finally Proposes to Nam Ha Neul

The couple met their high school batchmates and were surprised that they were dating. 

Elsewhere, Dae Young was about to confess to Hong Ran but ended up sending the message to his daughter. Interestingly, she supported him. He finally confessed to her and Hong Ran accepted him. 

Meanwhile, Jeong Woo expressed his wish to continue living with Nam's family. Nam Ha Neul asked him if he would like to become her family. Later on, she found the jewelry collection that Jeong Woo had collected for her. Ha Neul clarified that she meant being a close family but Jeong Woo finally put the ring on her finger and proposed to her.
