‘Queen of Tears’ Episode 5: Kim Ji Won & Kim Soo Hyun Yearn For Each Other’s Love

As Hong Hae In (Kim Ji Won) and Baek Hyun Woo (Kim Soo Hyun) continue to face challenges, they also yearn for each other's presence and love in "Queen of Tears" Episode 5.

'Queen of Tears' Episode 5: Hong Hae In's Relationship With Baek Hyun Woo Grows Apart

In continuation of the previous episode, Baek Hyun Woo found Hong Hae In in the middle of the dark and learned how she unintentionally got lost. His family found them and looked worried about Hae In, the warm feeling she hadn't experienced with her family. 

The couple then was left in Baek Hyun Woo's room where he helped her dry her hair and treated her wounds. However, in the middle of doing these, a strange atmosphere swirled between the couple, and just before they kissed, Baek Hyun Woo ran out of the room. 

Hong Hae In was left in the room and tried to look for her husband only to find out that he didn't want to sleep with her.

She ended up not sleeping at all.

Her relationship with her husband began to grow apart again. To make matters worse, Yoon Eun Sung (Park Sung Hoon), who lived in Queens' house, said uncomfortable things to Hong Hae In about Baek Hyun Woo, and the rift between the two deepened. 

Hong Hae In Departs For Germany Alone For Her Medical Treatment

Hong Hae In, who was gradually growing resentful of Baek Hyun Woo, responded coldly to her husband, who was worried about her and distanced himself from her. She started her medical treatment for her illness and even flew to Germany alone without any word to her husband, causing regret. 

While Hong Hae In endured the fear alone, Baek Hyun Woo heard the news of her departure from his aunt Hong Beom Ja (Kim Jeong Nan), who happened to learn of Hong Hae In's illness. 

Baek Hyun Woo Follows Hong Hae In In Germany + Couple Expresses Feelings For Each Other

Baek Hyun Woo, who was worried about his wife, immediately headed to Germany after watching Hae In's interview video. He felt her sincerity when she said she wanted to spend time with him every day after achieving all of her goals.

Meanwhile, Hong Hae In was in despair after hearing an uncertain diagnosis of her illness. She decided to unwind and visited the Sanssouci Palace, a memorable location where she visited with Baek Hyun Woo during their honeymoon. 

Unexpectedly, she heard her husband's voice coming from somewhere. Baek Hyun Woo appeared in front of her. He expressed his feelings for the first time to his wife, who left him.

Hong Hae In also expressed her true feelings and wanted him by her side and didn't want to do everything alone

Unable to find hope in her distance, the only refuge for Hae In was her husband. Baek Hyun Woo, who noticed his wife's exhaustion, invited her to go home. He gave her a warm hug. And the episode concluded with the two sharing a sweet kiss.
