In her latest YouTube video, Uhm Jung Hwa shared her newest discovery that helps her maintain her youthful glow. She revealed that gua sha is her skincare holy grail.

"I remove the bacteria and damaged tissues inside my body by massaging my lymph with a gua sha," Uhm Jung Hwa said while massaging her jawline. "It hurts but I work hard to relieve it."

Gua sha is a Chinese tool that is used to scrape the skin to relieve pain and tension. It was popularized online by beauty gurus, and has become a "skincare staple" in the industry.

According to the actress, it also helps her create a softer look. She said, "My cheeks droop as I get older. I relax my muscles and improve the swelling by using gua sha."
