Jo Sung Suk for ‘Queen of Tears’ Cameo? Viewers Demand ‘Hospital Playlist’ Star to Reunite With Kim Ji Won

While "Queen of Tears" continues to delight viewers with its star-studded cameos, fans wanted to see a reunion between Jo Jung Suk and Kim Ji Won.

Apart from the amazing chemistry between lead stars Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Ji Won, viewers are also drawn to the drama's surprise cameos featuring various top stars.

Released on March 9, tvN introduced a new kind of rom-com that showcases a story between an heiress of the Queens Group, Hong Hae In, played by Kim Ji Won, who married an ordinary man, Baek Hyun Woo, portrayed by Kim Soo Hyun, who later on becomes part of the conglomerate as the Queens Department Store' legal director.

Showcasing the ups and downs of having a married life, the couple managed to stay together through thick or thin.

Besides the amazing storyline, "Queen of Tears" also featured a great team-up between screenwriter Park Ji Eun, who is the genius behind "Crash Landing on You" and "The Legend of the Blue Sea," and directors Jang Young Woo and Kim Hee Won.

The trio worked together in the hit K-drama "Crash Landing on You."

As a special treat to fans, the creators of the rom-com series featured special appearances from various stars.

Award-winning actor Oh Jung Se had a cameo in "Queen of Tears," episode 1, where he played the role of Baek Hyun Woo's psychiatrist.

To recall, he and Kim Soo Hyun both starred in "It's Okay to Not Be Okay," where they played on-screen brothers.

Another epic cameo is from Song Joong Ki, who appeared in "Queen of Tears" as Italian lawyer Vincenzo Cassano, who is his character in the hit K-drama "Vincenzo."

This is a reunion project between him and "Descendants of the Sun" star Kim Ji Won.

Following the star-studded cameos, another actor that viewers want to see in the TVN drama is Jo Jung Suk.

In a post on X, formerly Twitter, the user and a self-confessed Kim Ji Won fan expressed their eagerness to see Jo Jung Suk reunite with the "Queen of Tears" lead actress.

The duo's first series together was the 2011 romance series "What's Up."

Interestingly, this is also their first lead role on the small screen.
