South Korean actress Lee Sun-bin opened up for the first time about her eight-year relationship with actor and entertainer Lee Kwang-soo, offering heartfelt reflections and lighthearted moments during a recent YouTube interview.

Appearing on Ji Suk-jin's YouTube channel, Jipyeonhan World, in an episode titled "Lee Sun-bin's Noise Marketing," released on June 20, Lee shared the origins of their relationship, which began in 2016 with a now-famous appearance on the variety show Running Man.
"You can talk about him. At this point, it would be strange if someone didn't bring him up around me," Lee said with a smile after Ji brought up her long-time boyfriend.
Ji read a message from Lee Kwang-soo ahead of the interview: "Hyung, Sun-bin is on your show today. Please take good care of her."

"I told him I was nervous about this appearance," Lee responded shyly.
The couple's story began when Lee Sun-bin publicly named Lee Kwang-soo as her ideal type in an interview after filming the drama Squad 38.
That comment led producers from Running Man to invite her on the show, setting the stage for their eventual romance.
"At the time, I didn't know any better," Lee admitted. "Most people fake their answers, but I just told the truth. And that became my 'thing' on variety shows."
Despite being the one who first expressed interest, Lee clarified that Lee Kwang-soo took the initiative.
"Let me make this clear—even though I said he was my ideal type first, he's the one who worked hard to make this relationship happen," she said.
Ji Suk-jin quipped, "You may have opened the door, but Kwang-soo walked through it," to which Lee laughed in agreement.
In a playful segment, Ji called Lee Kwang-soo live to quiz him on personal details about his partner.
He answered correctly—until he guessed the wrong favorite color. "You don't know it's orange?" Lee teased before hanging up the phone, laughing.
The couple confirmed their relationship publicly in late 2018, but have kept a relatively low profile since, rarely discussing their romance in depth.
Their candid and affectionate exchange has since drawn praise online, with many fans calling their relationship "refreshingly genuine" and "the real K-drama romance."
Lee Sun-bin, known for her roles in Work Later, Drink Now and Sketch, remains active in television and film.
Lee Kwang-soo, a beloved variety star, remains a fan favorite for his work on Running Man and in numerous acting projects.
Their enduring romance remains one of the most admired real-life love stories in the Korean entertainment industry.
