As per XportsNews, Park Yoochun, who is presently busy in Japan after withdrawing his retirement from the entertainment field, declined the Seoul High Court's recent ruling and has again decided to seek an appeal.

The 8-1 Civil Division of the Seoul High Court ruled on September 25 in favor of Park Yoochun's former management company Loud Fun Together, saying that both Park Yoochun and his former agency Licielo have to "jointly pay 500 million won ($360,000) and interest on delay."

The court held that Park Yoochun breached his ex clusive management contract by pursuing entertainment activities through another agency without the approval of Loud Fun Together. The decision replicated the outcome of the first trial, where it was stated that his conduct disregarded both the exclusive contract and provisional disposition previously binding.

According to Star News, Park Yoochun filed his appeal through his legal representative on October 16, signaling his refusal to accept the second trial's decision.

Loud Fun Together received sole management rights of Park Yoochun from Licielo until 2024, after signing a deal in 2020. In May 2021, though, Park Yoochun tried to end the contract. When the company didn't respond, he unilaterally informed them about the cancellation and then began working with another management company run by a friend.

Park Yoochun's life and career have not been without both achievement and scandal. In 2019, the singer retired from show business after he was sentenced to serve 10 months in jail and two years of probation for the use of methamphetamine. However, he changed his mind one year later and continued work, working primarily on work in Japan.
