Pretty Man' Jang Geun Suk Took Back Proposal Ring

On the episode of KBS 2TV Wednesday/Thursday drama "Pretty Man" Ma Tae (played by Jang Geun Suk) wanted to propose to Bo Tong (played by IU) but wasn't able to.

Bo Tong was kidnapped because of Hong Ran (played by Kim Bo Yeon) and gets admitted to the hospital with David's help.  Ma Tae finds out this fact and called Hong Ran saying, "Is this you?" and Hong Ran said, "You're afraid.  You said you had nothing to lose right?  I guess you almost did" and indirectly hints that this was all form her.

Afterwards, Hong Ran got Ma Tae upset, warning him that if he doesn't leave Korea, it will be hell and added that if he doesn't listen to her, people around him will be in danger.

At this, Ma Tae comes back to the hospital and sees Bo Tong lying in a hospital. According to Ma Tae's friends, there should've been a ring on Bo Ton's fingers and he tried to put it on her fingers.  But feeling guilty that he had caused all this, he couldn't put the ring on her finger and cried.

Meanwhile, Ma Tae comes out of the hospital room and finds David who's keeping Bo Tong company.  Ma Tae felt upset thinking, "I could finally see what love is and David was also upset thinking, "I need to send her off and that's love" and felt unfortunate at their crossed paths."
