Actor and singer Lee Seung Gi announced that he will resign from his position as MC on SBS 'Strong Heart' as of March.

Park Sang Hyuk, the producer in charge of 'Strong Heart', announced that "Lee Seung Gi will resign from 'Strong Heart' by sometime March, but the exact date has not been decided for sure as of now."

Lee Seung Gi's last show will be either March 1st or March 15th. Park Sang Hyuk added, "Since Lee Seung Gi has future plans, we will try our best to adjust to his schedule."

Lee Seung Gi was the main MC with Kang Ho Dong for 'Strong Heart' since its beginning in 2009. After Kang Ho Dong left the entertainment industry, Lee Seung Gi has been a solo MC leading 'Strong Heart'. Despite it being his first position as a main MC, Lee Seung Gi's ability to lead the program has received great applause.

Lee Seung Gi is to star in the upcoming MBC drama 'King 2 Hearts' as a Korean prince in the 21st century.
