‘Dr. Jin’ Lee So Yeon Dies
After being stabbed by assassins, Lee So Yeon of MBC's 'Dr. Jin' eventually died.
On the 5th, in order to protect Jin Hyuk (Song Seung Hun), Choon Hyang (Lee So Yeon) took the stab by an assassin's knife and fainted on MBC's weekend drama 'Dr. Jin.' Despite Jin Hyuk's efforts in saving Choon Hyang, she eventually died.
Stabbed Choon Hyang seemed as if she would soon no longer be able to breathe, as she told Jin Hyuk that Mina (Park Min Young) is already dead in the future. Shocked Jin Hyuk asked her why she was dead, however, Choon Hyang died before she could answer, leaving Jin Hyuk in tears.
In her will, she requested for her funeral to take place quietly and wrote, "When I'm reborn in the next life, I want to be born an ordinary woman instead of a geisha."
According to her will, Choon Hyang's funeral took place quietly at a river, "Her last departure is very lonely. We'll proceed with your funeral without a trace as you wish." Audiences were sorrowful at the words telling her to be born as a woman receiving the love of one man in her next life.
