Song Seung Hun talked about the breast cancer surgery scene that viewers thought was shocking, during an interview that took place on the 9th. He stated, "It was a doctor treating a patient, so I had no selfish interest," and made people laugh.

He added, "It's not like it was all shown like in movies, and I'm talking about it now, but the breast was a substitute actress's," and talked about the story behind it.

After filming many scenes with performing surgeries, he stated, "After the drama ended, I can even joke around saying that I can open a hospital. I don't think there is a surgery that Jin Hyuk didn't perform. If he didn't do certain ones, it would be implants and plastic surgeries."

He added, "While filming the drama, I became used to sewing. I realized that a career as a doctor is extremely difficult, while I saw them perform surgeries."

He also addressed what the viewers said about the surgeries, "While filming, we knew that the blood and everything was fake, so I didn't think about it much. But after the viewers said that it was gory, I thought it was portrayed well."
