The "Thinking Out Loud" singer shared a photo of his New Year's Eve party preparation on Instagram - complete with One Direction table cloths and kitten paper plates.
Fans wondered for whom he set up the hilarious spread for. It turns out that he had someone very special over during the last day of 2014.
The young couple posted a photo of themselves just before 2015 rolled in, looking all gangster but completely adorable. Yahoo Celebrity already thinks they're the first of many cute couples for 2015.
The Grammy nominated singer previously revealed that he wanted to have a wife and kids but thanks to the busy schedule that accompanied his current fame he has to put that thought aside for now.
"If my career had plateaued and it was just England and I was just working four months in a year and then chilling out. But I've done three weeks of promo and a month tour and the album took a few years to write," he shared.
For now, Ed Sheeran and girlfriend Athina Andrelos are enjoying date nights and going on romantic vacations - if the "Sing" hitmaker's schedule permits.
He also told The Sun in a previous interview that he wants to take a break after promoting his current album, "X."
"I haven't had any time off since before I signed my record deal and I want some!" The British star said.
He also wants to "do what I enjoy and it won't feel like work." Perhaps he will "enjoy" this time with his Greek girlfriend.
