Kdrama Stars Who Celebrate Birthdays This Month

Several popular kdrama stars will celebrate a birthday this month. You may have missed one or two of the dates. But it's never too late to celebrate the entertaining ways their dramas have enriched our lives. Here's the list:

June 1: Lee Jang Woo, who played Seo In Woo in "Glory Jane" and Park Tae Kang "I Do, I Do."

June 4: Kim So Hyun, who played the young Yoon Bo-Kyung in "The Moon Embracing the Sun" and the young Lee Soo-yeon in "Missing You".

Also celebrating that day is Park Yoo Chun, member of JYJ and star of "Missing You," "Sungkyunkwan Scandal," "Miss Ripley" and "Rooftop Prince."

June 5: Yoo In Na, who appeared as Im Ah Young in "Secret Garden," as Choi Hee Jin in "Queen Inhyun's Man" and Lee Yoo Shin in "You're The Best Lee Soon Shin."

June 6: Kim Hyun Joong, leader of the boy band SS501, who played Ji Hoo in "Boys Over Flowers" and Baek Seung Jo in "Playful Kiss."

June 7: Park Ji Yeon, member of the girl group T-ara, who played Yuu in "Miss Ripley" and Rian in "Dream High 2."

June 11: Choi Ji Woo, who appeared in the classic kdramas, "Winter Sonata" and "Stairway to Heaven."

June 22: Lee Min Ho, who played Goo Jun Pyo in "Boys Over Flowers," Jeon Jin Ho in "Personal Taste," Lee Yoon Sung in "City Hunter," and Choi Young in "Faith."

Also celebrating that day is Jung Yong Hwa, leader of the band CNBlue. He played Shin Woo in "You're Beautiful" and Lee Shin in "Heartstrings."

June 24: Jin Hee Ji is best known for his roles in the dramas, "Miss Kim's Million Dollars" and "Love Letter," as well as the saeguks "Dae Jang Geum" and "The Great Seer."

June 25: Singer, actor, songwriter and dancer Rain, is also known as Jung Ji Hoon. He starred in "Full House" and several films, including, "I'm A Cyborg But That's OK."

June 28: Lee Min Ho-I, who played the young Yang Myung in "Moon Embracing The Sun" and Song Mang Boo in "Rooftop Prince."

June 29: Han Ji Hye, who played Chun Hae Joo in "May Queen" and Kim Ji Hyun in "East of Eden."

So, bake a cake, light some candles and wish your favorite kdrama stars "saeng-il chukha hamnida." And for even more of a celebration, you can watch one of their dramas all over again.
