“Brothers” Ha Jung Woo, “I’ve Failed the Casting Interviews So Many Times”

Actor and director Ha Jung Woo confessed a trauma on his appearance, gathering attention of many.

On tvN's "Ha Jung Woo Brothers," aired on October 15, 2013, the production team of movie "Rollercoaster," including its director Ha Jung Woo, Jung Kyung Ho, Han Sung Chun, Kim Jae Hwa, Choi Gyu Hwan, and Lee Ji Hoon, went on a trip.

Ha Jung Woo on this episode complemented Kim Jae Hwa saying "I think she's like Meryl Streep."

Kim Jae Hwa replied, "Ha Jung Woo encouraged me to feel competent about my looks."

Ha Jung Woo then said, "No agencies wanted me after an interview. People said, 'Since you're not a flower boy type, it will take some time.' Always the most good looking and beautiful people were picked after casting interviews."

On the other hand, Ha Jung Woo's debut movie, "Rollercoasters," is a story about a Korean Hallyu star on a plane that's about to crash.
