How Korean Stars are Helping the Victims of Australian Bushfires

The popular BlackPink member Rosé posted her personal message on personal Instagram to address and express her concern on the terrible tragedy that happened in her home country which is Australia.

The young singer shared her concern saying that it breaks her heart to see this and she expressed it on her instragam that has 21 million followers. She said that she is heartbroken for the people and homes suffering from the fires and the millions of innocent and beautiful wildlife creatures that are injured and dying right now. Australia is a place that the k-pop star grew up in and she feels so sad to see this happen to such a beautiful country. She lastly stated that she will try her best to support and hopes her fans will do what they can, by tagging all the different charitable resources.

The Stray Kids Australian K-Pop star Bang Chan expressed his concern regarding the tragedy in a lengthy post with photos on the group's Instagram. He shared his sadness on behalf of his fellow Aussie band mate Felix about the bushfires in his home country. He shared that they are having a difficult time being aware that Australia is under disastrous circumstances. Bang Chan expressed that Australia has always been known as the country, home to not only exotic flora and fauna but to amazing people as well. It is also their home where them and both their families grew up in. It is a place filled with all of their childhood memories.

On the other hand, Felix also uploaded a separate post on the group's social media platform sharing that his band mate and himself are aware of the bushfires and they are worried about his loved ones and Australia, hoping that the crisis will come to an end.

The Korean Rapper J Park is on his 'Sexy 4 Eva' world tour in the country and New Zealand, the Korean rapper gave out $30,000 to the New South Wales Rural Fire Service (RFS), he shared it on his personal Twitter account. And right after finishing his tour, he kept his promise by revealing on Instagram that both himself and his record label AOMG donated $60,000 to the wildfires.

Another star is Victon's Byungchan that also reached his helping hand to those affected by the bushfire crisis, posting a snapshot of the confirmation message of his donation to the VIC Bushfire Disaster Appeal.

The group Ateez shared their heartfelt thoughts on Instagram with their fans, known as ATINY posting a photo of a black and white photo of a Koala with the text '#PrayforAustralia'. They shared that they are feeling sad and heartbroken by the effect of the devastating fires it has had on the locals and the wildlife.The group expressed "We are especially worried for our Australian ATINY who are affected and are praying that the fires end soon, for the safety of Australia's people and ecosystem. We are sending you all our support and love. #prayforaustralia."
