He's the loving brother in "It's Okay To Not Be Okay." He's been doing supporting character roles for a long time, but he can straight up take the spotlight.

This time around, Oh Jung Se plays the role of Moon Sang Tae, once again showcasing his versatility and proving his realistic acting skills.

The 43-year-old actor began his career on the theater stage in 2002. He can portray as a comical actor, a bad guy, and a good man towards the main lead. From 2001, he has appeared in a total of 64 films and 25 dramas. And from 2003 to 2016, he worked and joined a cast in a minimum of three acting projects in a year. The highest number he accepts is seven filming projects for a year. What a workaholic!

Oh Jung Se majored in mass communications at Sun Moon University. He didn't have any proper study in acting, but his theater, movie, and drama experience molded him into the remarkable actor he is now. 

He won the Best Supporting Actor (TV) on the 56th Baeksang Arts Awards for his role in "When The Camillia Blooms." His other project, where he appeared as one of the cast members, is in "Hot Steve League." The drama took home the "Best Drama" award in the same awarding ceremony.

This year, the stars aligned as Oh Jung Se is once again being lauded for all his skills. He portrays Moon Sang Tae, who has "Autism Spectrum Disorder," with a high functioning autism adult ability. He can draw well, has a good memory, likes dinosaurs, and has a good knowledge of each type. Most of all, he cares a lot about his younger brother Kang Tae (Kim Soo Hyun).

In the drama, he is fond of the children's book author Seo Ye Ji, and adores her books very much. When Kim Soo Hyun brought him to the bookstore for a fan-signature event, Oh Jung Se was on cloud nine, though it didn't end well for him and the rest of the events team. He suffered social discrimination and was injected that made his tantrums shown to the public.

In the latest episodes, Kim Soo Hyun discovered his savings and knew his plans. Oh Jung Se wanted to buy a camping van so that his brother wouldn't need to worry about paying the rent. They transfer from one place to another every year, and Kim Soo Hyun works hard to make ends meet. His dream of meeting Seo Ye Ji came true, but his brother Kim Soo Hyun was not into it.

Meanwhile, Oh Jung Se will appear in the upcoming JTBC drama "The Good Detective," set to air on July 6.

Fun fact: he married his childhood friend since 6th grade. He's used the character name "Tae" more than 4x in his career.
