Variety Star Brand Reputation Rankings for March Released
The brand reputation ranking for variety stars this month (March) has been published by the Korean Business Research Institute.
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the media coverage, consumer participation, interaction, and community indexes of 50 popular entertainers. The rating was garnered from big data, collected from February 6 to March 6.
Yoo Jae Suk, Jang Do Yeon, and Kim Jong Kook Take the Top 3 of Variety Star Brand Reputation Rankings for March
The top spot was claimed by none other than South Korean comedian, host, and television personality Yoo Jae Suk. The celebrity held onto his spot in the rankings, garnering a brand reputation index of 1,513,363.
The high-ranking phrases related to the star's keyword analysis include "You Quiz," "BTS," and "Come Back Home," and his highest-ranking related terms included "challenge," "release," and "model." On the other hand, Yoo Jae Suk's positivity-negativity analysis gained a score of 71.09 percent positive reactions.
Yoo Jae Suk is widely recognized for being the host of numerous variety television shows in South Korea, namely: "Infinite Challenge," "Running Man," "Happy Together," and "Hangout with Yoo." The TV personality is famous for his sense of humor and his appeal across a wide range of demographics.
Throughout his career in the entertainment industry, Yoo Jae Suk has himself as one of South Korea's top comedians and TV personalities. He has made himself into the most well-known and famous celebrity in South Korea!
Jang Do Yeon, on the other hand, took second place with a brand reputation index score of 978,551. This month has marked a 19.65 percent rise in her score since the previous month (February).
South Korean comedian Jang Do Yeon was born on March 10, 1985. The 35-year-old comedian is signed under KOEN Group. She made her name known through her participation in MBC's variety show, "We Got Married," paired with actor Choi Min Yong.
She was a student at Kyung Hee University's College of Art and Design. Due to her work commitments and busy schedule in the entertainment industry, the comedian has yet to graduate from her course.
Lastly, taking the third spot is Kim Jong Kook gaining a brand reputation index of 975,545 for this month (March).
South Korean singer, entertainer, and actor Kim Jong Kook started his career in the entertainment industry as a member of South Korean duo Turbo in 1995. Aside from being a singer, Kim Jong Kook established himself as an entertainer making him well known for his participation in variety shows, including "X-man," "Family Outing." The celebrity is widely recognized for his appearance in the famous variety show "Running Man."
