APRIL's Lee Na-Eun Accused of Bullying a Former Member

To recall, "Taxi Driver" had a sudden casting back in March after APRIL's Lee Na-Eun was hounded by negative controversies.

She was accused of bullying after an individual claiming to be the brother of a former girl group member says that Na-Eun has harassed her sister, Lee Hyunjoo.

The allegations were denied by APRIL's agency, DSP Media, and mentioned that they would be taking legal steps against Lee Hyunjoo and her family.

Unfortunately, the criticisms have affected Na-Eun's upcoming project.

It came after the "Taxi Driver's" production company, Studio S, announced that they will be withdrawing the 21-year-old singer-actress and will no longer be part of the SBS drama.

In the official statement obtained by the Korea Times, Studio S revealed that they have completed "about 60 percent of the filming," and their decision to replace Naeun has been discussed with her agency.

"We will reshoot all the scenes with the new actress," the statement reads, adding, "We ask for your understanding... we will wisely use the remaining time to produce an interesting series for you."

Just weeks after the production company's announcement, multiple outlets have reported that Pyo Ye Jin will replace the APRIL member for her role as Go Eun.

With this, all of the footage and scenes featuring Go Eun will be refilmed by the "Hotel de Luna" actress.
