Seo Ye Ji Transforms into a Doting Wife in Her Comeback Movie ‘Recalled’
Seo Ye Ji continues to wow her fans with her versatility as an actress through her upcoming film "Recalled," alongside Kim Kang Woo.
Also known as "Tomorrow's Memories," the mystery thriller movie shows a different side of the "It's Okay Not to be Okay" actress as she plays Soo Jin's role.
In the new stills, the A-lister, who just celebrated her 31st birthday, proved her acting prowess as she transforms into a doting wife who is suffering from memory loss.
The series of photos gave the fans a sneak peek of the highs and lows of her marriage with her husband, Ji-Hoon, played by the "New Year Blues" actor.
"Recalled" Cast and Synopsis
Directed by Seo Yoo-Min, whose famous works include the new film "Secrets," the mystery thriller movie is set to hit the big screen on April 12 under iFilm Corporation and CGV Arthouse.
Aside from the leads, "Recalled" cast also includes Bae Yoo-Ram, Yum Hye-Ran, and Kim Kang-Hoon.
The forthcoming movie revolves around Ji-Hoon and Soo Jin's relationship, who suffered from a traumatic accident that left her suffering from amnesia.
With her health condition, Ji-Hoon played the affectionate and loving husband and took care of her until her recovery.
The turn of events came to light after Soo Jin woke up and was able to see the future.
Unfortunately, she faced a surprising truth after learning that her husband had a dark past. This is where Soo Jin begins to be suspicious of him.
Amid Ji-Hoon's facade of being the nice guy and the perfect husband for her, she starts to investigate and finds out the meaning behind her vision.
She has decided to meet her former co-worker. Right then and there, her colleague revealed something about Ji-Hoon's secret, which she cannot believe happened.

Seo Ye Ji and Kim Kang Woo's Thoughts on "Recalled"
"Recalled" will be Seo Ye Ji's return to the big screen following her 2019 movie "By Quantum Physics: A Nightlife Venture," where she portrayed the character of Sung Eun-Young, together with Park Hae-Soo and Kim Sang-Ho.
In a previous interview, the 31-year-old celebrity revealed her thoughts about her new movie.
She mentioned that it had been her dream to work alongside Kim Kang Woo, adding that she had a great time being her co-star.
"My experience filming the movie was as amazing as I had expected," she mentioned, as obtained by a Korean outlet.
At the same time, his on-screen partner revealed his insights working alongside the Seo Ye Ji.
The 42-year-old actor highlighted their chemistry and spoke about their efforts to look like they are a real couple.
"Our acting chemistry left nothing to be desired. We spent a lot of time pondering how to look like a real-life married couple."
Seo Ye Ji's Upcoming Drama "Island"
Aside from the upcoming movie, the "Lawless Lawyer" star is set to lead a new fantasy drama, "Island."
Joining her are Cha Eun Woo and Kim Nam Gil, who are also in talks for the forthcoming OCN drama.
