"Empress Ki" Ji Chang Wook showed a change in his acting between a chilling image of burning rage to seek revenge and pitiness in front of the enemy as he attracted viewers.

On "Empress Ki" (script Jang Young Chul, Jung Kyung Soon, director Han Hee Lee Sung Joon) broadcast on November 12th, Seung Nyang (played by Ha Ji Won) helps Crown Emperor Ta Hwan (played by Ji Chang Wook) enter the Koreo dynasty palace to show that he is alive.

On this day, Ta Wha feels apologetic for Seung Nyang who rescued him but agreed not by choice that Seung Nyang's father Ki Ja Oh (played by Kim Myung Chul) and the Koreo dynasty tried to hurt him.  In front of Yeon Chul who tried to kill him, if he had said that the Won dynasty soldiers tried to kill him, it would resulting in them completely being their enemy.

In addition, he was scared that he would lose his life in front of Seung Sang Yeon Chul (played by Jun Guk Hwan) and he remembered the words of Baek Ahn (played by Kim Young Ho) on his side to kneel regardless and knelt in front of him.

At Ta Whan's tears saying, "Please save me.  I will be a dummy if you tell me to be a dummy and a coward if you tell me to be a coward.  If you tell me to be a block of wood, I will and I will be a puppet if you tell me to be" Yeon Chul said to himself, "What is this person's identity? He is the ridicule of the century or a snake with a ton of venom" and was intrigued.

In the end, Ta Whan saved his life and under the condition of marrying Yeon Chul's daughter Tanasili (played by Baek Jin Hee), he rose to the seat of emperor.

However, even Ta Whan who showed this week side had confidence.  He said to Wang Go (played by Lee Jae Yong) who said to the empror, "Don't forget me" and called him close to say, "I remember clearly.  Your exact face that told me you'd kill me.  I've engraved it in my bone so how could I forget you?" and threw vicious words.

In this process, Ji Chang Wook's detailed actings shone through.  The tragic crown prince who was immature and killed his faturea nd now is kneeling in front of the enemy who is threatening his life to a scene where he has the venom of revenge showed that Ta Whan is wearing the right characters.

Viewers are excited to see what changes the tragic Ta Whan will show as he transitions from being an immature person to an emperor in "Empress Ki" that just started Act 2.
