‘At A Distance, Spring Is Green’ Actor Park Ji Hoon Congratulates His Fan Yeo Seo Jeong after Winning Bronze in 2020 Tokyo Olympics
Gymnast and Bronze medalist Yeo Seo Jeong did not just receive a medal in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics but also the honor to be recognized by her favorite idol.
On August 1, gymnast Yeo Seo Jeong won the Bronze medal in the women's vault at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics with a total of 14.722 points for the final round. She is the first South Korean female gymnast to ever win a medal at the Olympics.
But her talent and skills are honed not only with practice but it was also in their blood. Her father, Yeo Hong Chul, won silver in the men's vault at the 1996 Summer Olympics, making them the first South Korean father-daughter duo to bring medals home.

"At A Distance, Spring Is Green" actor and former Wanna One congratulated the 20-year-old athlete Yeo Seo Jeong through Instagram, "Yeo Seo Jeong won bronze today. I want to congratulate you and I'm really proud of you. I'm rooting for all the athletes in the Olympics. You are all so cool, I'm a fan. Congratulations!"
Gymnast Yeo Seo Jeong reposted actor Park Ji Hoon's congratulatory message on her Instagram account, revealing that she is a fan, with a caption, "I'm crying."
Truly, winning a Bronze medal at the Olympics and getting noticed by your idol will send you to cloud nine. Yeo Seo Jeong indeed won twice this year.

Park Ji Hoon on His Wanna One Journey, Solo Career, and Acting Debut
Park Ji Hoon first gained popularity and fame for participating in the second season of the survival show "Produce 101" where he ranked second place overall and became a member of the internationally known and chart-topping boy group Wanna One.
