B1A4’s Jinyoung Begins Harsh Operation Training in ‘Police University’ + Displays Cha Tae Hyun, Jinyoung, and Krystal’s Similarities With Their Characters in New Drama
On August 16, KBS2's new coming-of-age romantic comedy-drama "Police University" (also known as "Police Class" or "Police Academy") released new stills featuring its lead actor B1A4's Jinyoung.
The new stills captured fans' attention after seeing the students of National Police University in harsh survival training.

Jinyoung Faces Harsh Survival Training in 'Police University,' Episode 3 Spoilers
In the drama, Jinyoung stars as Kang Seon Ho, a former hacker who doesn't have any dreams. His life changed after meeting Oh Kang Hee, who is played by Krystal, a Judo girl who will do anything she wants in her life without regrets.
Kang Seon Ho then dreamed of becoming an honorable police officer, and he will do anything to achieve it.
In the previous episode, Kang Seon Ho (Jinyoung) entered the Korean National Police University together with fellow freshmen students, Oh Kang Hee (Krystal), Park Min Kyu (Chu Young Woo), No Beom Tae (Lee Dal), and Jo Joon Wook (Yoo Youngjae).
What shocked him was that Yoo Dong Man (Cha Tae Hyun), the detective whom he met when he was still a hacker, is now his new professor.
Their mini reunion at the university didn't go well and he had difficulties in keeping up with the police training, adding the fact that Yoo Dong Man is making his life in the university extra harder.

It didn't get any better when Kang Seon Ho was chosen to be the leader of the third unit whose skills were mediocre compared to the other units.
In newly released stills, Kang Seon Ho and his fellow freshmen students face the hell-like survival training clad in military gear such as helmets and guns.
Park Min Kyu (Chu Young Woo) leads his team with his oozing charisma and bravado. On the other hand, Kang Seon Ho's (Jinyoung) unit looks lost and anxious as they enter the hell of training.
Worried, Kang Seon Ho knows that he hasn't earned his unit's trust and respect yet. With that, their unit is in danger of being removed from the admissions qualification altogether.
Kang Seon Ho and his unit raise questions and curiosity about whether they will get through the obstacle in front of them or not.

"Police University" production team shared that the fierce and harsh training of South Korea's police universities will be shown in the next episode. They added, "Please look forward to seeing unexpected moments that will happen in the new episode."
Cha Tae Hyun, Jinyoung, and Krystal Synchronize With Their Characters in 'Police University'
Yoo Dong Man, Kang Seon Ho, and Oh Kang Hee are three opposing and diverse characters with great yet somehow flawed personalities. But the three characters have one thing in common, determination.
Each of them has goals they ache to achieve, and that's what makes their characters special.
In the behind-the-scenes photos of "Police University," the three lead actors display determination and enthusiasm as they prepare and practice their lines for filming.
In one photo, Jinyoung discusses something with the drama with the director as Krystal exudes chic and girl crush vibes as she readies herself for her Judo action scene.

Although the actors seem serious in the set, the atmosphere in the filming site is comfortable. Whenever the three of them are not filming their scenes, Cha Tae Hyun, Jinyoung, and Krystal playfully pose for the camera with their brightest and warmest smiles.

The drama "Police University" depicts the stories of students and professors' daily lives in National Police University while professor Yoo Dong Man (Cha Tae Hyun) teams up with his students Kang Seon Ho (Jinyoung) and Oh Kang Hee (Krystal) in an exclusive investigation.
