‘Nevertheless’ Actress Yang Hye Ji Praises Song Kang and Han So Hee’s Chemistry
Yang Hye Ji shares her thoughts and experience in JTBC's "Nevertheless," starring Han So Hee and Song Kang.
The 25-year-old actress gained the attention of fans with her funny and flirty character, Oh Bit Na.
Aside from her outgoing personality, she is caught up in a complicated romance with her friend turned lover, Nam Kyu Hyun, played by rookie actor Kim Min Gwi.
Yang Hye Ji Reveals Admiring Song Kang and Han So Hee
In her recent interview with Ten Asia, the "Falling in Love" star spoke about the lead stars of the webtoon-based drama.
She revealed that she felt excited upon hearing that she will be working together with the "Navillera" star and Han So Hee.
"I was excited even before the reading because they were both actors who I liked so much," she explained.
In addition, she also described the duo as "great actors" who display professionalism at work.
"Even though there were a lot of shooting scenes, both of them showed a strong image without showing any fatigue," she mentioned.

Yang Hye Ji Lauded Song Kang's Visuals Similar to the Webtoon Character
"Nevertheless" is based on a popular 40-chapter webtoon of the same name penned by author Jeongseo.
In the webtoon, Park Jae Eon, played by the "Sweet Home" star, illustrates a mysterious character.
According to some outlets, he used to have an obsession with Yu Na Bi, played by the "World of the Married" actress.
During her interview, she reveals admiring Song Kang's stunning visuals, which harbors the same features as his webtoon character.
"I thought he looked like a cartoon character. He was so pretty and handsome," she explained, adding that she was in awe throughout the whole shoot.
To recall, the 27-year-old heartthrob previously shared that he purposely shed weight to portray Park Jae Eon.
He mentioned that he wants to have "sharp and thin" features just like in the webtoon, prompting him to lose five kilograms.
"I wanted to convey this through him, and I thought I wanted to be a little sharper, so I went on a diet," the actor explained.
Yang Hye Ji Flaunts her Friendship with the 'Nevertheless' Stars
As for her relationship with her co-stars, the 25-year-old beauty spoke about the friendship they built on the set.
During her interview with the outlet, Yang Hye Ji shared that she looks forward to going on production and spending time with the "Nevertheless" cast.
"Since we are friends of the same age, we can relate to each other more when we talk about acting difficulties."
This was proven on Yang Hye Ji's Instagram, where she often posts behind-the-scenes with Han So Hee, Lee Ho Jung, and Yoon Seo Ah.
Impressed by Han So Hee's Artistic Talent
One fun fact about the "nevertheless" star Han So Hee is that she did some sketches seen in the JTBC drama.
Yang Hye Ji seconded this as she praised the actress' drawing skills.
Moreover, she also mentioned that apart from her almost similar looks with Yu Na Bi, Han So Hee also has the character's talent.
