My Daily Korea reported on October 5 that JTBC's upcoming Kdrama Snowdrop is set to meet the audience in December. The unexpected announcement surprised many as fans have been anticipating the forthcoming drama debut of the BLACKPINK member and her team-up with the heartthrob.

In addition to the hype, JTBC also revealed Snowdrop official poster, featuring Jung Hae In and BLACKPINK's Jisoo in each other's arms, dancing at a party.
The two are seen enjoying the romantic moment, smiling at each other.
Currently, the news of the official release date dominates online, and fans, especially BLINKs, are rejoicing in the announcement.

Snowdrop is BLACKPINK's Jisoo's First Drama Lead Role
Kdrama Snowdrop marks Kim Jisoo's first official drama and her small screen comeback after a cameo in tvN's Arthdal Chronicles in 2019, where she appeared in a scene with Song Joong Ki.
JTBC Snowdrop will also be Jisoo's first lead drama and expectations from her are arising. Plus, the public can't wait to witness Jisoo's chemistry with her leading man Jung Hae In.
Jung Hae In starred in Netflix's action series D.P. is about to make his much-awaited drama return with Snowdrop.
In the past, Jung Hae In worked with various notable actresses, namely Son Hye Jin in Something in the Rain, Kim Go Eun in Tune in for Love, Bae Suzy in While You Were Sleeping, and Han Ji Min in One Spring Night.
This 2021, Jung Hae In will share the screen with BLACKPINK's visual, Jisoo.
In addition, Yoo In Na, Jang Sung Jo, Kim Hye Yoon, Yoon Se Ah, and Jung Eugene are also part of the cast.

Jisoo recently flew to Paris to attend the Paris Fashion Week, alongside other BLACKPINK members. As Dior's global brand ambassador, Jisoo walked red carpet, clad in the new collection from the luxury brand. Pietro Beccari of Dior even praised Jisoo's beauty during the event.
After her activities in Paris, Kim Jisoo is expected to start working on the promotion of her new Kdrama Snowdrop.
