Kim Min Kyu Confirmed to Star in ‘Snowdrop’ with Jung Hae In and BLACKPINK Jisoo
As the premiere date of the star-studded JTBC drama "Snowdrop" draws near, Kim Min Gyu is confirmed to join Jung Hae In and BLACKPINK Jisoo in the cast.
After the photo and video teasers were released, JTBC started to unveil the names of the stars who are confirmed to appear in "Snowdrop."
Kim Min Kyu Joins BLACKPINK Jisoo and Jung Hae In in 'Snowdrop'
Dimple guy, Kim Min Gyu, who already starred in various dramas and movies, is set to play the role of Joo Gyeok Chan, a cool-headed guy full of beliefs and has a strong muscular body as well as a thoroughly trained brain, so he doesn't think about anything else other than what he believes in.
He will be the one to hide and treat Suho (Jung Hae In) despite the war happening.
The news was also confirmed by his agency Happy Tribe Entertainment on December 6. Kim Min Gyu is known for his versatile performance regardless of genre. Kim Min Gyu can easily capture the viewers' attention through his effective acting.
Some of his previous series are "So I Married an Anti-Fan," "Backstreet Rookie," "Queen: Love and War," "Perfume," "Just Between Lovers," and more.
There are already high expectations from him since he had proved his solid acting in previous projects. Viewers are anticipating his transformation and other things he is about to bring to the table in the forthcoming drama "Snowdrop."
Meanwhile, Kim Min Kyu will also appear in SBS' romance Kdrama "The Office Blind Date" alongside Ahn Hyo Seop, Kim Sejeong, and Seol In Ah.

JTBC Drops New Intense 'Snowdrop' Teaser
Ahead of its long-awaited release, JTBC unveiled an intriguing and intense "Snowdrop" teaser that gives a sneak peek of the war and chaos in 1987.

It also shows a highlight of Jung Hae In and Jisoo's love story. Yoo In Na, who will play as Kang Chung Ya, displays her strong acting while in the middle of a war. Kim Hye Yoon as Kye Boon Ok looks shocked and terrified when a group of men enters the university's dormitory.
The cast and crew are all set for "Snowdrop's" release on December 18. It will occupy the 10:30 slot every Saturday and Sunday on JTBC and can also be streamed on Disney Plus Korea.
