The actor candidly recalled his experience of telling the person he liked he didn't like them but was playing hard to get.
Without batting an eyelash, the "Move to Heaven" star shared that out of pride; he had to say the contrary of how he feels.
"Yes. I liked them so much, but they wouldn't show me how they felt about me. Out of my pride as a man, I [lied and] said, 'I don't like you.'"

"Right before entering the compulsory military service, I didn't have much time left. So I only focused on acting. And after the military service, I wanted to show a good, refreshed side of me (to the viewers). I wanted to do well. And naturally, dating was on the back burner," Lee Je Hoon explained during the interview.
Moreover, he noted that at the time, he felt like dating was less important until he realized that it had been six years since he had a relationship.
