Directed by Park Hyun Jin, who is also the genius behind the 2017 series "Idol Fever," the upcoming movie depicts an exciting and provocative romantic setup between an unlikely pair.
It came after two co-workers who have different personalities agreed to have a racy contractual relationship.
In the forthcoming rom-com film, the Girl's Generation member took the role of Jung Ji Woo, who works for the public relations department.
The plot thickens after Ji Woo uncovers her co-worker's secret.
Interestingly, Jung Ji Hoo, played by Lee Jun Young, has a surprising hidden personal taste when it comes to relationships.
It came after Ji Woo accidentally opened a package which left her dumbfounded about Ji Hoo's personality, who is known for being blunt in the office.
Her discovery led to the duo's risky romance, which might turn into a real relationship.
In the "Love and Leashes" teasers, SNSD's Seohyun and Lee Jun Young illustrate a master and slave fantasy with Jung Ji Woo being the dominant with a whip on her hand while Jung Ji Hoo displays a submissive character.

Netflix's 'Love and Leashes' Release Date Officially Dropping on February
Following the release of character posters and official trailer, the streaming giant announced the launch of the highly anticipated movie.
Netflix revealed on Instagram that the "Love and Leashes" release date is scheduled on February 11, right before Valentine's day, exclusively on the streaming platform.
Seohyun and Lee Jun Young's Upcoming Projects this 2022
After months of discussion, the news regarding their team-up was confirmed in mid of 2021.
The Netflix movie will be Seohyun's comeback to the big screen after landing a lead role in the 2016 Chinese adaptation film "So I Married an Anti-Fan."
Aside from "Love and Leashes," the singer-actress is set to join the cast of "Holy Night: Demon Hunters" with Ma Dong Seok and "Law School" star Lee David.
As for Kdramas, Seohyun will also be returning to the small screen with the upcoming series "The Jinx's Lover" with Na In Woo.
Meanwhile, U-KISS' Lee Jun Young will be booked and busy this 2022 with a slew of projects.
After the Kdrama "Let me be Your Knight," he is in talks to star in a rom-com series "Na Rae, Kicking Out" alongside Stephanie Lee from "Start-Up."
