Confirmed! Jeon Yeo Bin Selected as New Protagonist in Muju Mountain Film Festival’s Special Project
Multiple K-media outlets reported on March 17 that Jeon Yeo Bin is selected to be the next actor to be featured in the yearly project of Muju Mountain Film Festival.
Muju Mountain Film Festival's Special Movie Will Have Jeon Yeo Bin as Lead
"Vincenzo" star Jeon Yeo Bin is confirmed as the 4th protagonist for this year's Muju Mountain Film Festival's special program "Next Actor."
"Next Actor" is the representative program of the festival, established and organized with Baek Eun Ha's Actor Research Institute. It aims to preserve the special direction of the "Good Movie Replay."

The yearly selection started in 2019, with "Hellbound" actor Park Jung Min as the first artist to be the main character.
In 2020, it was Go Ah Sung, while Ahn Jae Hong was chosen in 2021.
The project continues to receive enthusiastic responses, especially this year as Jeon Yeo Bin was selected as the 4th main character.
Reasons Jeon Yeo Bin Was Selected To Be This Year's Protagonist
For 2022, Jeon Yeo Bin was chosen as the fourth artist to be at "Next Actor." She has challenged and proven herself through various roles regardless of genre, namely "The Running Actress" in 2017, "Merry Christmas Mr. Mo" in 2017, "After My Death" (2018), "Forbidden Dream" (2019), and "Secret Zoo."
Her latest, "Night in Paradise" in 2021, received acknowledgment and she was praised for her high-calibre acting.
According to a representative from MMFM and Baek Eun Ha Actor Research Institute, "Jeon Yeo Bin is a young actor currently drawing attention in the Korean film industry and an actor with a clear vision and irreplaceable charm for acting."
They added, "She has been building her acting world step-by-step through various works, showing special colors, and charms. She is an amazing actress with endless cinematic stories as we look into her next work."
The film festival will feature chapters and short films representing the acting journey of Jeon Yeo Bin. A special interview will also be included. In addition, the "Next Actor" trailer will be directed by Jeon Yeo Bin herself.
The 10th Muju Mountain Film Festival will be held in Muju-gun for a total of five days starting from June 2 of this year.
What's Next for Jeon Yeo Bin
Meanwhile, Jeon Yeo Bin is returning this year on Netflix with her upcoming fantasy series "Glitch." She also confirmed to join Song Kang Ho, Im Soo Jung, and Oh Jung Se in the forthcoming movie "Spider's House."
She will also work with "A Business Proposal" actor Ahn Hyo Seop in the Korean remake of the popular Taiwanese drama "Some Day or One Day."
