‘Lie To Me’ Cast Update 2022: Where Are Yoon Eun Hye, Kang Ji Hwan, More Now
SBS' romantic-comedy series "Lie To Me" had a successful run in South Korea. It even reached double-digit ratings with its first episode!
Now that the classic K-drama turned 11 years old last May 9, let's get to know where its lead stars Yoon Eun Hye, Kang Ji Hwan, and more are now!

'Lie To Me' Synopsis
"Lie To Me" follows the story of Gong Ah Jung (Yoon Eun Hye), an administrative official at the Ministry of Culture, who is in her thirties and isn't married yet unlike her friends. Due to this, Ah Jung lies to one of her close friends that she already got married to her first love.
From this simple lie, her life becomes chaotic but life-changing, especially as her relationship with Hyun Ki Joon (Kang Ji Hwan), CEO of the famous company World Group, develops.
Yoon Eun Hye
Yoon Eun Hye rose to fame with her role in the MBC classic K-drama "Princess Hours" in 2006. She starred alongside Ju Ji Hoon, Song Ji Hyo, and Kim Jeong Hoon.
The following year, she landed another lead role in MBC's "Coffee Prince," in which she teamed up with Gong Yoo.
Yoon Eun Hye has worked with most of the well-known stars in the acting field. In 2010, she was paired with actor Kang Ji Hwan and had their first drama together, "Lie To Me."

After finishing three dramas from 2011 to 2013, Yoon Eun Hye took a break from acting and focused more on her solo career. Her last drama was in 2018, with MBN's "Fluttering Warning."
This 2022, the South Korean star has a YouTube channel, where she vlogs her daily life. It is also her platform to communicate with her fans.
Kang Ji Hwan
Kang Ji Hwan began his career as a musical theater actor. He made his small screen debut through KBS' "Scent of Summer" in 2003.
Kang Ji Hwan then received Best New Actor Award in three awarding ceremonies for his movie "Rough Cut" in 2008.
Sadly, his career began to slow down in 2019 after he was arrested over allegations that he sexually molested and assaulted two female employees from his previous agency.
During that time, he was working in a drama "Joseon Survival," wherein he was the leadt star. Since he couldn't do it anymore due to the allegations, his agency issued an apology letter and confirmed his character in the series would be replaced.
Sung Joon
Sung Joon, on the other hand, has a stable career over the past years. After "Lie To Me," he starred in "Gu Family Book," "In Need Romance 3," "Hyde Jekyll, Me," "Ms. Perfect," and "Mojito."
Sung Joon will have his drama comeback with OCN's "Island," which is slated to premiere in the second half of 2022.
Jo Yoon Hee
Jo Yoon Hee, who played the character of Oh Yun Joo in "Lie To Me," made various drama appearances since 2002. Her latest drama "Beautiful Love, Wonderful Life" aired in 2019-2020 on KBS.
