"I can't call myself a "director" yet," Moon Geun Young humbly stated. "It's a new thing I want to try, but I have gained strength from acting for a very long time. I want to be known as a long-term actor."

"When people around me call me "director," I feel the senses of familiarity and familiarity at the same time," the actress added.

"Abyss" follows the story of a woman who broke her limits, eventually falling into the deep abyss. Meanwhile, "The Stage" tells the story of a woman who returns to the stage repeatedly despite life's unexpected ordeals.

Finally, "Be In My Dream" centers on a man who suffers grief and loss. Through these new short films, Moon Geun Young hopes to give clarity and hope to people in a crossroad, and deliver strength to turn over a new leaf.

Furthermore, the film festival is hosted by actors Park Byung Eun and Han Sun Hwa. It is attended by various filmmakers and actors from South Korea and abroad, including Alex Garland.

The film festival showcases almost 300 films from 49 countries on local theaters, streaming platforms, and OTTs from July 7 to 17, 2022.
