As the South Korean media content grows bigger and bigger, the Blue Dragon Series Awards will honor brilliance in dramas and variety shows produced by streaming platforms and services, opposite to television networks.

On Friday, July 8, Girls' Generation Yoona and Jeon Hyun Moo were announced to lead the first ever Blue Dragon Series Awards this month.
Girls' Generation YoonA shared her delight to be a part of Blue Dragon's new venture, and commented, "I hope Blue Dragon Series Awards can be a celebration that everyone can enjoy together."
Meanwhile, Jeon Hyun Moo said, "I'm honored to join the historic Blue Dragon in their new endeavor. I hope fans show lots of interest in the awards for it to be able to shine for a long time."

This year, Girls' Generation YoonA promises to meet the public with a slew of multiple projects for fans to enjoy!

The idol-actress works along with worldwide star Lee Jong Suk in the upcoming crime noir drama "Big Mouth."
It follows the story of a lawyer who gets involved in a murder case. To survive, the lawyer comes out of his comfort zone and digs up dirt to take down the corrupt politicians on the throne. "Big Mouth" airs for the first time on July 29 on MBC.

In particular, YoonA will also star in the new drama and films "Kind the Land," "2 O'Clock Date" and "Confidential Assignment 2: International," which are all slated to hit the screen sometime in the second half of 2022.
