After the success of the rom-com K-drama "Twenty-Five Twenty-One" with Nam Joo Hyuk, Kim Tae Ri is set to return to the small screen with an interesting project with Oh Jung Se and Hong Kyung.
Helmed by "V.I.P" director Lee Jung Rim and penned by the renowned screenwriter Kim Eun Hee, the genius behind the K-dramas "Signal," "Kingdom" and "Jirisan," the trio confirmed their appearance as the lead star for "The Demon."
In the upcoming thriller supernatural series, Kim Tae Ri took the role of part-time student Ku San Young who dedicates her evening to studying to become a low-ranking public officer.
However, her once peaceful life turned upside down after receiving articles that were left by her late father. From then on Ku San Young has been seeing mysterious deaths that took place around her.
In the upcoming K-drama "The Demon" she meets professor Yeom Hae Sang, played by Oh Jung Se who despite coming from a wealthy family chose to teach Korean folklore at a university due to an incident that changed his life.
While the drama confirmed its lead stars, "The Demon" is set to air sometime in 2023 via SBS.
