The highly loved crime action of 2022 "Big Bet" has confirmed its new season! Choi Min Sik, Son Seok Koo and Lee Dong Hwi's avid fans are in for a treat as the newest installment of the work is coming to the small screen this Valentine's Day!
Son Seok Koo, Choi Min Sik's 'Big Bet' To Release Season 2
After its successful premiere in December 2022, Choi Min Sik, Son Seok Koo and Lee Dong Hwi's "Big Bet" is set to release a new season this year!
"Big Bet" is a Disney+ original series that depicts the story of a casino mogul who makes his final bet after getting involved in a heinous murder.
In the series, Choi Min Sik takes on the titular role of Cha Mu Sik who leads the gambling scene with his greatest bets. Son Seok Koo plays the role of Oh Seung Hoon, a cop dispatched in the Philippines to take on international cases.
The first season of the series, which consists of eight episodes, aired in December and was received well by the public, especially crime and action enthusiasts.
Not only did it give the public a new perspective of the gambling scene inside South Korea but it also showed how it's perpetrated outside the country.

During its release, "Big Bet" was one of the most watched works in Disney+ in countries like South Korea, the Philippines, Vietnam, Hong Kong and more!
'Big Bet Season 2' Release Date and What We Know So Far
Similar to its predecessor, the upcoming season of the Disney+ drama will also contain eight full episodes to continue the story from Season 1.
Choi Min Sik, Son Seok Koo and Lee Dong Hwi, along with supporting actors Jo Han Chul, Jin Seon Kyu and Heo Sung Tae will also reprise their roles for the new season.
Additional actors who will complete the lineup are not confirmed yet so stay tuned for new updates. As for its release, the new season of the drama will begin airing on Wednesday, February 15.
Like Season 1, the first three episodes of the series will be released on the pilot night and will be followed with brand new episodes every week every 5:00 p.m. KST.
With that said, don't miss the premiere of "Big Bet Season 2" on Disney+. It will also be available on Hulu with English subtitles for Western viewers.
