Jeon So Nee Criticized For Visuals In New 'Sageuk' Drama

Even before making her debut with the sageuk drama "Our Blooming Youth," Jeon So Nee already became the subject of criticism in the Hallyu community.

The rising actress returns to the small screen after two years with tvN's newest period-romance drama with Park Hyung Sik.

It tells the story of a crown prince and a noblewoman who work together to seek revenge from the people who wronged them and their families in the past.

"Our Blooming Youth" marks Jeon So Nee's first-ever work with the idol-actor, and her first period project since her debut.

Although the drama hasn't aired yet, Jeon So Nee received a lot of attention. However, not all of the reactions were positive.

Jeon So Nee's Previous Works

Born in 1991, actress Jeon So Nee has starred in several popular dramas and is currently under Management SOOP, the house of veterans Gong Yoo, Jeon Do Yeon, Gong Hyo Jin and Bae Suzy.

Jeon So Nee starred in the 2019 romance drama "Encounter" where she played the role of Park Bo Gum's friend and co-worker. Her acting performance earned her praises from critics and viewers.

In the following year, she joined the cast of "When My Love Blooms" as the young version of Lee Bo Young.
