It's finally happening! After a decade, SBS's popular variety program "Strong Heart" is confirmed to return to television. Based on the report cited by a media outlet on March 20, SBS is expected to relaunch its very own "Strong Heart."
It also means original hosts Lee Seung Gi and Kang Ho Dong will reunite in the upcoming relaunch. In addition, the program will be rebranded as "Strong Heart League."

To recall, in 2010, comedian and host Kang Ho Dong departed from the show. Later on, Shin Dong Yeop and Lee Dong Wook joined as MCs, but unfortunately, the show ended its run in 2013.
"Strong Heart" was one of the famous Korean entertainment shows because of the various stars, particularly idols, actors, and actresses who made special guest appearances in the program. They shared stories, highlights of their careers, and behind-the-scenes stories in and out of the spotlight.

It has been said that "Strong Heart League" will be helmed by Director Kim Dong Wook, who already worked on "Different Dreams 2" and "Same Bed." The relaunch of the variety show is scheduled to start its broadcast in May.

Meanwhile, Lee Seung Gi is preparing to tie the knot with longtime girlfriend Lee Da In this coming April in Seoul. The couple announced their upcoming marriage on February 6, through social media posts.
The singer-actor penned a heartwarming letter to fans confirming that he finally found a partner to spend a new chapter of his life.
Kang Ho Dong was supposed to host the wedding ceremony as it was Lee Seung Gi's request since they have known each other for so long and already built a friendship outside of showbiz.
However, according to Son Ji Chang who is voluntarily helping organize the special event, Kang Ho Dong declined the offer. It is for the reason that the comedian-host was too shy and would be congratulating the couple in his own way.
It turned out that "Running Man" member Yoo Jae Suk will officially host Lee Seung Gi and Lee Da In's wedding.
