Actor and ASTRO member Cha Eun Woo delivered a sad news to fans, announcing his withdrawal from the upcoming series "Bulk." What happened? 

Cha Eun Woo Drops Out of 'Bulk' Where He Was Supposed to Work With Ha Yoon Kyung & Jo Woo Jin

Cha Eun Woo was about to star in the crime drama "Bulk," but according to a news report on March 28, during the consideration stage, the idol-actor has decided to drop out of the project.

In response to the news, the production company handling the drama, Son & Park Pictures, confirmed that Cha Eun Woo will no longer be part of the cast.

"Bulk" tells the story of a detective and a prosecutor who join forces to uncover a black connection in the world of the police and the liquor industry. It has been said that it is a highly anticipated project as "Extraordinary Attorney Woo" star Ha Yoon Kyung and veteran actor Jo Woo Jin are set to appear in the series.

Meanwhile, Cha Eun Woo's agency Fantagio is yet to release a statement regarding the ASTRO member's exit from the drama's cast.

Despite Cha Eun Woo's withdrawal from the cast, fans are still excited and looking forward to his other upcoming projects. However, some of his fans expressed disappointment about the idol-actor's decision to drop out of the drama.

"I was already anticipating seeing him in 'Bulk'."

On the other hand, the 26-year-old celebrity already secured his next small screen project through "A Good Day to Be a Dog." It is adapted from the famous webtoon of the same name.

It has been said that he officially started filming along with other cast members, and some fans already spotted them shooting some scenes.

In this fantasy K-drama, Cha Eun Woo will reunite with "Sweet Home" actress Park Gyu Young.

The "True Beauty" actor concluded his first action-horror series "Island" this March. Many are impressed by Cha Eun Woo's improved acting and strong presence onscreen as he played the role of Yohan, an exorcist priest.

In addition, Cha Eun Woo launched his first-ever photo exhibit last February in Seoul. Some of his self-captured images during his overseas schedule were also included in the exhibit.
