THIS 'Dr Romantic 3' Star is Set to Embark on Asia Fan Meet Tour
Lee Sung Kyung is set to meet her Asian fans through her upcoming fan meeting this 2023!
The actress, who is best known for her K-dramas "Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo," "Shooting Stars," "Dr. Romantic 3," and more, will entertain her supporters through a fun-filled day.
Lee Sung Kyung Fan Meet 2023: Dates, Countries, More Details
According to a media outlet, Lee Sung Kyung's fan meet, "Be Closer," is scheduled to take place in four countries. The actress will be in Tokyo, Japan on June 18, followed by a Taipei meet and greet on June 24.
In August, Lee Sung Kyung will come back to Manila, Philippines on August 8, followed by Seoul, South Korea on August 22.
Over social media, fans can't help but gush over the actress' upcoming activity.
Lee Sung Kyung Says Viewers Will See 'More Mature' Cha Eun Jae in 'Dr. Romantic 3'
Apart from her her upcoming fan meeting, Lee Sung Kyung is currently starring in the hit K-drama "Dr. Romantic 3."
The 32-year-old beauty reprised her role as cardiothoracic surgeon Dr. Cha Eun Jae, alongside Ahn Hyo Seop as Seo Woo Jin and Han Suk Kyu as the legendary doctor Kim Sa Bu.
In the medical K-drama's third installment, viewers get to see Lee Sung Kyu's versatility as an actress as the SBS drama highlights Cha Eun Jae's strength as a doctor.
To recall, Cha Eun Jae struggled to overcome her anxiety during surgeries in season 2. Despite being at the top of her class, she doubted herself when it came to actual operations.
Thankfully, Kim Sa Bu mentored and guided Cha Eun Jae to get over her fear. Now, she is one of the most reliable doctors at Doldam Hospital.
Through her character growth, fans will also get to see more of Cha Eun Jae's romantic life with Seo Woo Jin.

In the first half of the season, "Dr. Romantic 3" showed off the duo's romance. However, their relationship was put to test after Doldan Hospital director Park Min Guk hired her father, renowned surgeon Dr. Cha Ji Min, who happens to be Kim Sa Bu's former colleague.
In an interview, ahead of the premiere of "Dr. Romantic 3," Lee Sung Kyung described the feeling of being reunited with the cast as "strange and fascinating."
As for her character, the actress hints at a "more professional and mature" Cha Eun Jae, but assures viewers that they will still see the "cute and lovable image" that is unique to her character.
"Although she's still the simple and clumsy Eun Jae, I hope you will look forward to the Eun Jae who has grown into a real doctor who is mature in both skill and mindset," she said.
"Dr. Romantic 3" airs every Friday and Saturday via SBS and Disney+ for global viewers.
