‘Single’s Inferno’ Star Shin Seul Ki Transforms Into Overachiever Class President in ‘Pyramid Game’
Shin Seul Ki, who was among the fan-favorites of "Single's Inferno" season 2, is making her debut as an actress. The 25-year-old beauty briefly talked about what to expect in her first K-drama, "Pyramid Game."

As TVING introduced the cast of the upcoming K-Drama "Pyramid Game," viewers recognized a familiar face.
One of the supporting cast members is none other than "Single's Inferno" season 2' Shin Seul Ki, who will join fellow rookie actresses Jang Ha Dam, Ha Yul Ri, IVE Wonyoung's older sister, Jang Da Ah, as well as "Crash Course in Romance's" Ryu Da In and Kang Na Eo.
Headlined by WJSN's Bona as Sung Soo Ji, the series depicts the story of a student at Sarang High School. Being a transferee, she has to participate in a popularity game with a brutal ranking system. Losers will be the target of school bullying. She has the option to participate or end the pyramid game.
According to a media outlet, Shin Seul Ki will take on the role of class president, Seo Do Ah. She is an elite first-class student and is being looked up to by her classmates. Seo Do Ah exudes leader image and sincerity.
In a same outlet, the reality star turned actress expressed her gratitude to viewers and promised to deliver a top-notch portrayal of her character.
"I am so grateful that I think I received too much love through 'Single's Inferno 2," she said, adding, "As an actor, I'll prepare really hard, so if you watch me with a lot of support and interest, I'll repay you with a good performance."

On the other hand, TVING talks about how "Pyramid Game" is not the typical school-themed K-drama.
"We created this work to bring attention to the reality of school violence and question why it has become a daily routine and continues to evolve," an official of the broadcast network said, hinting about the "friendship, a sense of justice, and a ray of hope" among the characters.
Shin Seul Ki's First Major Work Under New Agency Big Smile Entertainment
Back in April, Big Smile Entertainment officially welcomed Shin Seul Ki as part of their growing family.
As obtained by a news portal, the label promises to "provide our full support" to the reality star as she delves into her on-screen career "in various fields."
At the time, it was mentioned that Shin Seul Ki would focus on her career as a broadcaster but would officially become a part of the upcoming K-drama "Pyramid Game."
