Park Seo Joon's 'The Marvels' Role Creates Massive Stir
On October 16, "The Marvels" dropped a new teaser of Park Seo Joon to raise the tension for its much anticipated premiere.
The film marks the Hallyu star's Hollywood debut, and it's the Phase Five of the MCU which is the sequel to the highest grossing film "Captain Marvel," starring Brie Larson, Samuel L. Jackson and more.
Interestingly, Park Seo Joon's transformation into Prince Yan caught everyone off guard. The presence of the actor created a massive stir in the domestic and international scenes.
This was due to the actor's drastic change in appearance where he bid goodbye to his typical "pretty boy" looks from K-dramas. Instead he rocked the long and rough hairstyle, and a sour facial expression.
Viewers are not impressed with his unusual style, even comparing his looks to an "uncle." Some even said that he looked "edited" in some way.
However, many Park Seo Joon fans come to the actor's defense, lauding him for his bold and fearless transformation even if it meant shocking the viewers with his new look.
